I'm just sooo sad!I'm still fat and I'm really trying. I've cut down a lot of food and I eat just twice a day. How come I haven't changed?! Maybe it's just my eye sha! It's a gradual process.....afterall I didn't get fat in a day. Anyways if you are trying to lose weight like me, stop eating rice, spaghetti and other related things, if you must take rice then take local rice(Ofada rice) Take more of protein in your meals like beans and fish. Avoid fried stuffs as much as you can......if you must take something fried, use palm oil rather than vegetable oil. Drink water all the time....drink it like it's the only fluid in this world. If you are thinking you won't work out because you are cutting down ur meals.....well you are on your own ooo! Take long walks as much as you can. If you have a big tummy, do sit-ups and ride a bicycle...it helps. Well I'm a work in progress so I can't show you my before and after yet....but I promise you one thing is for sure! You will be shocked when I'm done. Hehehe bikini body loading #anticipate! Lool. Dinner was Boiled plantain and steamed beans and I ate that before 7pm. It's always advisable to eat your dinner early(before 7pm)to ease digestion.....it helps the flat tummy business too. I made pineapple and ginger juice too. Tonight is just one of those nights that this young lady right here just plugs her earphones in and forgets about whatever is going on around her. I call it my me-time. I'm listening to Eva's Deaf at the moment.
