If you must eat bread...take wheat bread. If you must eat rice....take local rice(Ofada rice)or basmati rice. If you must eat egg...take just the outer part not the yolk. If you must eat chicken....substitute it for turkey without the skin. If you must take sugar...use honey. If you must take potato....make sure it's sweet potato and not irish. If you must flaut any of this rules....make sure it's just once!lol Okay so today I flauted one of this rules....it wasn't intentional though. I really wanted to eat bread and I didn't get wheat bread in my area so I just settled for a slice of the white bread we had at home. So I had oat and a slice of bread with boiled egg for breakfast and I couldn't even finish it! I had basmati rice and lots of veggies for lunch but I ate out and you don't expect me to start snapping my food in public...do you?! Anyways breakfast picture after this. Tomorrow is Saturday and that's one of the days I always have strenuous work out....I wonder why we can't just skip the work out and just go straight to the part where I get my bikini body! On a brighter note I have an owambe parry tomorrow and I'm definitely turning up! Turndown for whet na?! Confession!: I don't even know the couples I'm just following my mum..whatever sha! I'm turning up no matter what. I told you I love weddings na. I need to sleep now because I have to wake up early tomorrow morning. You know what they say na.....early to bed,early to rise! Na wash jare!that thing doesn't work for me. I'm listening to Fuse Odg's million pound girl for this post! DND PLEASE! I love this song!
