Vegetables are very important for every human being. When I say vegetables I'm not only talking about the soup...I also mean carrots cucumber cabbage lettuce and so on... Today I had Unripe boiled plantain and vegetable for breakfast and it was really good because I don't even feel like I had anything but Atleast I know it satisfied me....I had a glass of blended pineapple and red apple. You shouldn't eat until you are filled. Avoid in-between meals....let your breakfast be your breakfast, lunch be your lunch and your dinner be your dinner. If you feel like putting something in your mouth just drink water..it helps! Fruits are essential too..I never use to be a fruity person until I had no choice and now I'll rather blend it than just eat it. I think I've lost weight a little but I'm not stopping till I get that coke bottle shape! Happy New month to y'all and have a great day ahead.
